Mail for photographers

The pictures are ready. Your client should hear it from you.

After a shoot, the work moves online: a private gallery, a selection to approve, prints to order. PrimePixel Node sends the messages in between — the gallery link, the gentle reminder before it expires, the note that the album has shipped — on behalf of the photographer and only to the people who were photographed or booked the shoot.

Messages along the way

Gallery ready

A personal link to the private gallery, with the access code and how long the gallery stays online.

Proofing

When the client has to choose favourites, one reminder before the deadline — and a confirmation once the selection is in.

Prints and albums

Order received, in production, shipped. The lab's progress, passed on without the client having to ask.

Download and archive

A notice before high-resolution files are removed, so nothing is lost that the client paid for.

What we hold ourselves to

Photographs are personal. The messages about them should be, too — and nothing more.

Clients, not contacts

We write to people who booked a shoot or appear in the gallery they were given access to. Business card collections stay out.

Pictures stay private

Messages contain links, never the images themselves, and no subject line reveals what or who was photographed.

No upselling in service mail

A gallery notice is not the place for a discount on the next session. Offers need separate consent.

Silence after delivery

Once the order is complete, mail stops — unless the client subscribed to the photographer's news.
