Anti-Spam Policy
Photographers meet many people — at weddings, events, in the studio. Not all of them agreed to receive mail. We make sure our service is used only for clients and their galleries, and we stop it the moment it is used for anything else.
Our commitments
- Messages relate to a specific booking, gallery or order.
- Each photographer's client list is kept apart and is never shared with labs, venues or other photographers.
- Newsletters from photographers require the recipient's own sign-up and confirmation.
- Photographers who collect addresses at events without consent are not accepted.
Prohibited
- Mailing event guests because they appear in the background of a picture.
- Turning a gallery notice into an advertisement.
- Uploading address lists from directories or fairs.
- Ignoring a request to stop.
Our procedure
- Every report is acknowledged; the headers show us the photographer and the message type.
- If the report is credible, sending for that photographer is paused while we look into it.
- A proven violation ends our service, and the address is blocked from further messages through us.
- Blocklist operators can request the relevant facts at the address below.
Report a message
Forward the message with its complete headers. We will identify the sender and make sure it does not happen again.
